We believe the family unit to be the foundational building block of society, culture, government, and business. We aim to build a family of businesses and brands that, though diverse, complement each other.

Our vision is that we can be a positive example of what families across the United States, and the world can accomplish when they work together!

Our Focus

We believe that we were all put on this earth to serve God, by serving others. In business as in life, we should be able to measure our success and effectiveness by the joyful condition of the people we touch.

Our team members lives should be on a trend of getting better and happier as they work with us. Our customers lives should be getting better and happier each time we do business with them. The lives of those in the communities around us should be getting better and happier because of our influence. Our leaders lives should be getting better and happier as we reap the benefits of serving our customers, our team members and those in the communities around us.

If the lives of everyone who interact with us is made better and happier because of us, then we are succeeding. We believe that while it is important as good stewards to tend to 'the bottom line' and 'profit margins', etc., you should not make these materialistic things your measures of success, because these will not go with us into heaven.

We Are Different

God has blessed us and this company. No matter how big or small we are, we are blessed right where we are. Blessed is a core value of ours because we are content with the blessings that are all around us. We don’t have to chase success, become ‘big’, or make a lot of money. This core value is first because we must first realize that we are already blessed for us to properly focus on the other core values.

Though managing a family is a serious matter, it is also a blessing from the Lord. God meant for us to enjoy the families we are given. It is meant to be enjoyable and fun. All that we do should not only have an outcome of fun but should also be fun to do in the process. Anyone who is not having fun while working with us is in the wrong seat for their talents.

Everything we do must help build the family unit. Instituted by God in Genisis when he made Adam and Eve, then repeatedly upheld throughout Scripture, the family unit is the foundation of society and the world. Managing a family is a serious but worthwhile responsibility. Our mission is to support the family in all that we do.

There is a right way to do business according to the world, but we have almost never done those and still we are Blessed (See Core Value 1). It is good to be different. Being different on purpose helps us find new opportunities that others have missed. It helps us find solutions that are new, exciting, less expensive, and more attainable for us than the common wisdom. Being different is fun.

My enemies shall know fear. They shall tremble, and cry, and flee. Their hopes and their dreams shall shatter themselves on the rocks of my boiling fury like a ship near the shore. In the place where my indignation lies there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. Hope there dies, never reviving again. The despair of those residing in my displeasure is like a black hole or deep whirlpool, drawing in the foolish who, in their ignorance, draw too near, tempting my patience. My disgust with the wrong is like a raging inferno, consuming the pride and sensibilities of those who think themselves correct in any matter. My correction to their ignorance and lack of self-education shall be made quickly known to them.
